HTC will release the HTC Merge: the first Android baser slider phone with CDMA ‘world phone’ capability. Taiwan based HTC Corp will release the Merge in Spring of this year. The HTC Merge will also employ HTC Sense: an intuitive mobile phone software that focuses on putting the user at the center by enabling the smartphone to work in a more simplistic, natural and personal manner.
The brand new smartphone by HTC will run on an Android 2.2 Froyo operating system with a powerful 800 Mhz processor with 363 MB of RAM. The HTC Merge will use a capacitive LCD touchscreen WVGA display that measures 3.8 inches and 480 x 800 resolution. The Merge will have 4 BG of internal storage. The Merge is designed with a side slider full QWERTY keyboard.
